Delivery Process

   Animal Crossing: New Horizons   


Step 1. Place your order


Once you've made your selection you'll securely checkout via your favorite payment method, we accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Once the transaction goes through you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a message letting you know to hop onto live support to pickup your items.

Step 2. Hop on live support


Your next step is to hop onto Live Support during our business hours, 12PM - 10PM MST (Phoenix Time). This can be done either via the top menu option, or the hovering chat button on the bottom right hand corner of the window. You'll be greeted by one of our friendly team members within 1 hour, usually much faster. Using your first & last name, our team member will pull up any unfulfilled orders you have and begin preparing them on a delivery island.

Step 3. Pick up your order & enjoy!


Once our team member is finished preparing your order, they'll send you the Dodo Code in chat to come pick up your order from one of our delivery islands. Then you'll simply fly over, pick up your order, and enjoy your new items!

Important Notes:


- If your order contains Bells, please note that we deliver them as Royal Crowns, which you'll sell directly to Timmy & Tommy (not the dropbox) for 300k each. This is done to save you time, as you can carry more Bells as Royal Crowns than you can Bell bags.

- If your order requires more than one trip don't worry! You'll be welcome to fly back and forth as many times as needed to pick up your full order.

- If you're unsure of how to use a Dodo Code our team members all play Animal Crossing and will be happy to help! Don't hesitate to ask when you go to pick up your order!
